OK...So, I am totally new to this, and have no clue what I am doing yet. BUT- I figured since I stopped sending out Parker's monthly pictures once he turned one, that this might be a good way to keep everyone up to speed. I really like the whole blog idea, because I can give you information as well as share pictures! We'll see how it all goes I guess.
So much has changed since Parker turned the big one!! He is walking...I mean running..ALL over the place. He keeps us on our toes, that is for sure. I swear he is learning and changing more and more every day. He is talking more and now has a vocabulary that primarily consists of- MaMa, DaDa, Dog, Cat, Ball, All Done, Bye Bye, Night Night and No. Granted these words are not all spoken perfectly crisp, but we can understand him and know what he means. The first time he told me no I asked him if he was tired, and he shook his head no and said "No." I said "Did you just say no to mommy?" He shook his head no again, and said "No." I said, "You didn't just tell mommy no?" Once again, he shook his head no and said "No." It was the cutest thing ever! He also LOVES the water. He loves his bath, the pool, the lake, and even loved the ocean. We are very glad he is a water baby since my family practically lives on the water.
We can not believe how fast the time is flying by, and that he is now 16 months old. Each month that goes by I keep saying that it is my favorite age yet. I think that is how it is always going to be because each month I love him more and more, and I love seeing him learn and grow. I just can't wait to see what is ahead for our family, and I feel so blessed to have such a cutie of a son, and such a wonderful hubby! What more could a girl want?
